Shipping Policy:
CALIFORNIA STREET MUSIC ships all orders within (3) business day from the time the order was placed.  If there is an issue with the shipment method or a discrepancy issue, CALIFORNIA STREET MUSIC staff will contact the purchaser and determine the best way to resolve the issue.  CALIFORNIA STREET MUSIC ships all products using USPS.  Although USPS is an excellent and reliable carrier, USPS does not guarantee package delivery in cases of: extreme weather, ice, blizzard, tornadoes, and/or Act(s) of God.  Therefore, neither do we.  We do however, guarantee that your order will be shipped within (3) business day from the time it was processed.
